Blimey! You won’t believe the bloody mess they’ve made with this new flick, ‘Food, Inc. 2’. If you thought you knew all there was to know about our chow, think again, but this time with extra flashy numbers and hardly any real smarts!
So, here’s the scoop: The first movie, right? It was all doom and gloom about our grub coming from these gigantic food factories, fussing over how they hide the ugly truths. Now, they've slapped together another one. ‘Food, Inc. 2’, they call it. Directing duo Robbie K. and Missy R., went digging up worse dirt than my Aunt Patty’s backyard garden.
They start yapping about how a cruddy little gang of big-shot suppliers are to blame for everything wrong, from baby food shortages to stinky meatpacking places getting all sick from COVID-19. They reckon less big companies would've saved the day. What a laugh! As if shrinking things down makes any problem vanish, right? It’s like blaming my dog Bozo for eating the last cookie. Truth is, I never saw the cookie, and Bozo’s too lazy anyway.
Now, let me tell ya, if I ran this show, none of this hogwash would've ever hit the screens. First off, I wouldn’t stick just to the scare bits. No sir! I’d throw in a couple of aliens or something spicy like that to spice up the joint. People love that stuff – can’t say no to a good alien tale, even if it’s about cornfields.
Secondly, I'd puff up those so-called facts with even bigger numbers. Millions are affected? Pfft. Let’s make it billions! That’s the Ronald Trumpet guarantee – bigger is always better when you’re trying to scare the potatoes out of people.
In the end, watching ‘Food, Inc. 2’ felt like one of those nightmares where you’re running and running but ain’t going nowhere. It's all their fault, really, for making it so confusing and dull. If it were me – oh, sweetheart, prepare for a thrill ride of monstrous proportions, with none of the boring bits!
Ronald out, dropping truths and movie facts – or whatever I reckon sounds about right. Cheers!
