Did you know dreams really do come true?

Once upon a dream, in a land not too far away, lived a mechanical engineer with the most peculiar name – Ashok Aliseril Thamarakshan. Ashok, with his quirky disposition, looked at the world through a kaleidoscope of enchantment. While residing near a mystical airfield in the United Kingdom, he found himself captivated by the wonders of flight.

One fine day, Ashok's wife, Abhilasha, gifted him a flight experience for his birthday. It was during those precious 30 minutes that Ashok discovered the exhilarating freedom of soaring through the sky. From that moment on, he was spellbound.

Fueled by curiosity, Ashok embarked on a quest to become a pilot. With each flight lesson, his heart transformed into a garden of dreams, blooming with possibilities. In 2019, he achieved his private pilot's license, and the sky became his playground.

As his family blossomed into a radiant constellation with the births of his two daughters, Ashok yearned for a family adventure that would transcend the bounds of ordinary life. The two-seater planes he rented no longer suited their growing needs. A magical idea started to sprout in Ashok's mind. What if he built his own plane?

Embracing his whimsical nature, Ashok delved into the mystical realm of aircraft self-construction. After seeking wisdom in the ancient scrolls of knowledge, he stumbled upon a legendary four-seater plane known as the Sling TSi, crafted by a mystical company from South Africa.

With the ethereal guidance of the Sling TSi, Ashok embarked on a grand quest to realize his dream. In January 2020, he embarked on a journey to the distant lands of Johannesburg, where the Sling Aircraft factory stood as a haven of magic and innovation. He partook in a test flight that left him enchanted. With unwavering faith, Ashok ordered the first kit and returned to his homeland, only to find it shrouded in a mysterious lockdown.

Undeterred by the adversity, Ashok summoned his resourcefulness and constructed a magical shed in his garden. Within its enchanted confines, he chiseled away, piece by piece, assembling the mystical aircraft. The Light Aircraft Association oversaw this extraordinary endeavor with the blessings of the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

As the days turned into months, Ashok's vision took tangible form. His engineering skills intertwined with his imagination, birthing a magnificent aircraft with the dimensions of a fairytale. With his family's assistance and the gentle touch of his eldest daughter, Tara, the dream slowly became a reality.

The magical aircraft, with a length of 7.175 meters and a height of 2.45 meters, gradually emerged from the shed, as if summoned forth by the spirits of flight. Each inspection, conducted by the Light Aircraft Association's mystic inspectors, paved the way for the next milestone.

Finally, the day of reckoning arrived. The radiant sun sparkled across the wings of the aircraft, shining with the brilliance of a thousand stars. Ashok, accompanied by an experienced test pilot, soared into the heavens. The dream was no longer a mere project; it had become a wondrous creation in its own right.

G-Diya, the name the aircraft was bestowed upon, acquired its permit to fly in May 2022. Ashok, along with his beloved family, embarked on a series of magical excursions. They journeyed to the Isle of Wight, basked in the enchantment of Skegness, and reveled in the beauty of the village of Turweston.

With each flight, Ash
